Having tea on the ferry across the Dardanelles that seperates Europe from Asia between the Mediterranean and the Sea of Marmara. Note the narrow glass cups. These are traditional tea cups of Turkey and are known to keep the tea hotter, longer due to less surface area for evaporation than a Western tea cup. Photo by Kemal Ertem.
